App of the Month: The Circus of Horrors

Eazi-Apps Support • December 14, 2013

Eazi-Apps have just released a new mobile app for The Circus of Horrors, who were semi-finalists of Britain’s Got Talent back in 2011. The app has been designed to give new and existing fans the opportunity to keep up to date with the Circus of Horrors’ latest tours and dates. This has now opened up new possibilities for The Circus of Horrors, who for the first time are allowing their customers to make purchases on the move.

As an incentive to download the mobile app, the Circus of Horror are offering new and existing fans 25% off merchandise with an integrated QR Coupon. This is a simple mechanism, with a built in QR reader within the Circus of Horrors mobile app and once this has been downloaded on a fan’s smartphone, they are then able to scan a QR code and redeem the offer.

The Circus of Horrors have also incorporated a push messaging system within their mobile app. This will give them the ability to send of push messages to everyone who has downloaded their mobile app; this will remind their customers about tour dates and special promotions. They are able to send out push messages when they want to promote specific special offers to their loyal fans.

Fans are able to take ‘horrific photos’ of themselves, using The Circus of Horrors ‘Scare Cam’. When the fan submits the photos through the mobile app they will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win Circus of Horrors merchandise.

The Circus of Horrors mobile app has also enabled them to create a social buzz around their tours and performances by integrating their Facebook and Twitter accounts within the mobile app; helping to increase their online presence. This allows the Circus of Horrors’ fans to easily comment, rate and recommend them to their friends and family.

The Circus of Horrors’ mobile app also allows their customers to subscribe to their email newsletter. This gives the Circus of Horrors the opportunity to send out their latest news and also gives fans a free download of the brilliant Dr Haze ditty ‘revolution’. This is a great way for the Circus of Horrors to keep engaged with their fans, as well as keeping their fans up to date with all the latest news.

The Circus of Horrors is one of the first performance companies in the UK to have a mobile app, which has given them the edge over their competitors. The Circus of Horrors mobile app, which was released earlier this month has already shown its benefits and is working well for them.

The Circus of Horrors’ mobile app is available to download from the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android.
